OTHER INFORMATION

-The island accommodates up to 10 adults and 10 children in 5 villas.
-Meals and drinks, including local beer and spirits (premium alchohol available at an additional charge) are included in the rates.
-Rates include all taxes and booking fees.
-Rates are per night for exclusive use of the entire island.
-Rates include personal chef, housekeeping staff and concierge that reside on the island in separate staff quarters.
-Rates do not include Staff Gratuity.
-A 15% surcharge applies to the holiday season with a 7 night minimum Stay.

Check In Time is 4:00pm
Check Out Time is 10:00am

MINIMUM NIGHT STAY

There is a four-night minimum stay on Kanu Private Island

Upon confirmation of reservation, a 20% deposit is required within 48 hours to hold reservation and is to be paid with personal check, bank check, money order, American Express, Master Card or Visa credit card.
If a reservation is made within 60 days, We request that full payment be sent via overnight mail. Full payment is due 60 days prior to date of reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
A refund, less 20% of the Total Reservation Amount, will be given if a reservation is cancelled 120 and 90 days prior to reservation date.
NO refunds are given if a reservation is cancelled less than 90 days prior to the reservation date.
Travel insurance is recommended to mitigate the risks of unforeseen or unexpected events.
